Gardy, founder, Chairman and CEO of TV Worldwide, has built two
successful, nationally-renowned media businesses from 1985-1999,
Gardy McGrath International and TV on the WEB, both acquired by
Ampex Corporation (Amex:AXC) in 1999. He is a recognized pioneer in
developing profitable applications in the field of streaming media,
and the Internet's first TV Network serving over 100 major clients
while building TV Worldwide into a profitable concern. Gardy serves
as President of the International Webcasters Association (IWA) and
holds a B.S. in Engineering from the U. S. Merchant Marine Academy,
Kings Point, N.Y.
CFO: Mr. Patrick Oliver-Kelley, has extensive
financial management experience with
Paine Webber, Manager with Merrill
Lynch, Munich, Germany; Managing Director, First Boston Corporation,
London, England from 1975 - 1993; and Managing Director of Falcon
Financial Advisors since 1993,
New York. He holds
a BS degree from the University of Tennessee, a Master of Science in
International Finance from Princeton University, a PHD in Business
Administration and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and
is a Fellow with the Royal Institute of Industry and Commerce
COO: Mr. Frank S.
Leiter is a Senior Executive with a proven track record of
international success in P&L/general management, multisite
operations, business development and client relations. He has
served as CEO/Director,
Melita Cable, a $100 million company with 120 employees in Malta;
System Manager for Marcus Cable, a $320 million company serving
100,000 subscribers in Birmingham, Al; and CEO of McDonald Group, a
conglomerate of 45 cable systems in 9 states and 3 countries. He
also owned and developed a corporate video production facility. He
holds a BS in Electronic Engineering Technology from the Capital
Institute of Technology, Washington DC.
Executive Vice
President of Business Development:
Mr. Kevin Shively is responsible for creating and maintaining
new revenue channels for TV Worldwide, including sponsorship sales
for the many live and archived event webcasts TV Worldwide produces
each year and the creation of new Internet
TV channels. Formerly,
Kevin ran East Coast advertising sales for Net Radio Sales, a
company that represents over 400 Internet radio stations reaching
millions of listeners each month and brought
numerous Fortune 500 advertisers to Internet radio. Prior to Net
Radio Sales, Kevin served as Vice President of Internet radio
station Beethoven.com and positioned that company as a leader in
the webcasting industry by negotiating deals with the Coollink
Broadcasting Network and Jones' Media America making Beethoven.com one of the first stations on the Internet to
successfully employ a targeted ad insertion solution. During his
tenure, Beethoven.com was consistently rated among the top 10 most
listened-to stations rated by the Arbitron Measurecast Ratings. |
