No Captions in Windows Media Player (no slides):
I see the video, but I do not see the captions
Solution: In Windows Media Player, click play (in the menu at the top file, view, play, etc.), then move the mouse to "captions and subtitles," then click "On, if available"

No Captions in the Globe Show (Video with slides):
I see the video and the slides, but I do not see the captions
Solution: Please use Internet Explorer (Or another ActiveX Enabled Browser) to view the captions. (Mozilla Firefox is not ActiveX Enabled).
